Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. A defective item is one that is damaged or not functioning as intended. Upon verification, we will provide an exchange or store credit within 3-5 business days.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days. We will arrange for an exchange or store credit within 3-5 business days, upon verification of the error.
